Please note that returns postage is the responsibility of the customer.

We make every effort to keep our products in-stock at all times. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we may encounter out-of-stock issues. If you should order a product that is out of stock, we will notify you by email advising you on the anticipated ready date.

We will accept returns on products purchased directly from The Tapestry Guild within 14 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Postage costs are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
