If the design is in stock then your order will be dispatched within 4 business days.
For returns, please contact our customer service team via email on sales@thetapestryguild.com who will be able to advise you on how to arrange a return.
Please note that returns postage is the responsibility of the customer.

We will accept returns on products purchased directly from The Tapestry Guild within 14 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Postage costs are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
