
Returns Policy
We hope you love your purchase from The Tapestry Guild, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please email sales@thetapestryguild.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you with next steps.
Please note that:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item without it.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new one.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@thetapestryguild.com with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund your item as quickly as possible.
